Job Description

  • Lead and manage all front office operations including front desk, reservations, concierge, and bell services.
  • Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes and prompt resolution of guest concerns or issues.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement service improvements based on feedback.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule front office staff to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
  • Manage room inventory and collaborate with the reservations and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy and rates.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times.
  • Prepare and analyze front office reports including occupancy, revenue, and departmental expenses.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold Abi’s Hotel Group’s brand standards and guest service philosophy.
  • Handle VIP guests, special requests, and escalate concerns as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
