Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Intern position at Art Forte's Jaipur location. The intern will perform various front office responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring an organised and welcoming reception area. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills to provide support to both clients and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duration : minimum 3 months . Salary : 12000 a month

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficient Appointment Scheduling skills to manage front desk operations efficiently
• follow-ups of leads, counselling parents and students and managing calls .
• Experience in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to provide a professional and welcoming experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
