Front Office Intern

Tulip Inn Green Castle, a 4-star property located in the heart of Mussoorie, is known for its warm hospitality and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic trainees to join our Front Office team and gain hands-on experience in hotel operations.

As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day front desk operations, providing excellent guest service, and learning the key functions of the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in hotel management who wish to gain practical exposure in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist in check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and promptness.
• Learn and operate the Property Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Manage guest reservations, room allocations, and billing processes.
• Assist in maintaining guest records and reports accurately.
• Observe and learn guest relation techniques and communication skills

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
