SEEKING A FEMALE MATURED STAFF This office is a startup which is planning to grow in a big way in the near future with international tie ups. At present, we offer a minimum salary of 10K for the first two months and if the candidate fulfil the required duties in satisfactory level, we will increase the salary to 15K + incentives. There are a lot of chances to take the salary from 15K to 1 Lakh per month, if she displays convincing skills to the clients. Main duties: Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD. Communication: Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls), acting as a point of contact, and ensuring timely responses. Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, organizing logistics and following up on action items. Travel Arrangements: Booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation for the MD. Document Preparation: Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Project Support: Assisting with special projects, tracking deadlines, and providing research and analysis. Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep. Willingness to travel: sometimes to Kochi, Bangalore and Chennai for VFS application filing. Candidates who dare to travel alone internationally will get preference, but not compulsory.
