Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Grand Imperia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain excellent service standards.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to achieve desired results.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
  • A graduate degree in any field is required.
