Job Description

  • Guest services: Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and handle all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Reservations: Manage room bookings and cancellations, both for future and current guests.
  • Front desk operations: Maintain the reception area, handle payments and billing, and keep accurate guest records.
  • Coordination: Act as a communication hub between guests and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Information provider: Offer information about the hotel and surrounding attractions.
  • Administration: Perform daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks, and generate reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
