Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction history.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations.
