Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Provide basic information about the company, its services, and its policies.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage visitor access and security procedures.

Communication management

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Take messages and ensure they are relayed accurately.
  • Respond to emails and other inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Administrative support

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Create and update documents and spreadsheets.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
