Role & responsibilities

  • Client relationship management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales and business development:

    Identify and prospect for new clients, develop sales strategies to meet targets, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing a deal.
  • Communication and negotiation:

    Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with clients about their needs and goals.
  • Project and account support:

    Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (like marketing, product, or creative), coordinate deliverables, and ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Reporting and analysis:

    Track sales performance, prepare and present regular reports to management, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
