Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Telephone operator and customers, stakeholders enquiries handling
  • Maintaining records of Couriers, meetings with line managers
  • CCTV and footage operating
  • Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Informing company personnel of visitors arrival.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and Organizing Lunch for the guests.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing calls to the staff through EPABX board.
  • Connecting outgoing calls (Domestic and International)
  • Maintaining drivers attendance sheet.
  • Maintain small petty cash for every month for official purposes.
