  • Manage internal and external calls and transfer them to the appropriate extension numbers. 
  • Handling EPBAX and keeping records.
  • Greeting all walk-in visitors and maintaining their records. 
  • Receiving vendor bills and maintaining their records.
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene at the center.
  • Providing excellent hospitality to all walk-in guests at the center.
  • Ensure all walk-ins are recorded in the register and the Computer Tablet
