Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at the Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction history.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications is needed for managing front desk operations.
