Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Associate to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
