Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Associate to join our team at The Leela, a leading hotel and restaurant establishment. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations and make sound decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of front office software and systems, such as reservation and check-in procedures, is expected.
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service, is essential.
  • Candidates should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
