Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team in Fairfield. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
