Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at Regenta Z, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transactional data.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling sound judgment and decision-making under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles is desirable.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
