Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at Hyphen Business Hotel in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
