Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
  • Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel software
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
  • Maintain front desk security and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle cash and billing transactions accurately

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
