Job Title: Billing Executive – Diagnostics
Location: Mysore
Department: Billing / Accounts – Diagnostic Centre
Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 (Fixed Gross)

Job Purpose

The Billing Executive will be responsible for accurate billing of diagnostic services, smooth handling of cash and online transactions, maintaining billing records, and supporting the accounts team with daily reconciliations. The role ensures transparency, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all billing processes at the collection centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue patient bills for diagnostic and laboratory services.
• Verify test requests/prescriptions with consultants and ensure accurate data entry.
• Handle payments through cash, card, UPI, insurance, and corporate tie-ups.
• Reconcile daily collections and submit reports to the accounts team.
• Maintain records of discounts, approvals, and package-based billing.
• Coordinate with the front office for patient and billing details.
• Address customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Support monthly audits, MIS reports, and insurance claim documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and statutory compliance in all billing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (B.Com or equivalent qualification).Any qualification DMLT Radiology
• 1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Familiarity with diagnostic billing software or ERP systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and accountability.

Work Conditions

• Full-time, Centre-based role (Medall Healthcare – Mysore Collection Centre).
• Reporting to: Centre Manager / Accounts Manager.
• Shift timings as per diagnostic center operations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
