Front End Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences using modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to develop responsive and high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive user interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process by providing input and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors like Sass or Less is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Knowledge of front-end state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js) and an understanding of full-stack development is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
