Front-End Developer (23 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer with 2–3 years of hands-
on experience in building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal
candidate should possess strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills with working
knowledge of at least one Content Management System (CMS).
You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to
deliver seamless digital experiences and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible web pages
• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web interfaces
• Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) to build
and manage web content
• Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and performance best practices
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and peer reviews
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate APIs and dynamic
functionality
• Adhere to coding standards, documentation, and project timelines
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across web assets
Required Skills
• 2–3 years development experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and
UI/UX principles
• Experience with at least one CMS (WordPress/AEM/Drupal/Shopify/etc.)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub)
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with SASS/SCSS
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
• Understanding of Agile development
