As the first point of contact at Beyond Offices, the Receptionist is the face of the company, playing a pivotal role in shaping the member and visitor experience. While a specific official job description is not publicly available, the responsibilities for this position are dynamic and multifaceted, blending customer service, administration, and community engagement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and greet all members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
2. Assist with membership inquiries and provide tours to potential members
3. Handle new member onboarding, including preparing access cards and providing facility overviews.
4. Manage the booking system for all meeting rooms, conference halls, and event spaces, and coordinate schedules and ensure rooms are prepared with necessary equipment.
5. Liaise with IT support and external vendors for technical issues. 
6. Coordinate with cleaning and support staff for immediate needs.

EDUCATION

1. Minimum Education:-diploma/degree in hotel management 
2. Technical Education:-Internship in a star hotel

EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum Experience HR:-6 months - 1 year
2. Minimum Experience:- 6 months in a five-star hotel

BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Fluent in English and local languages
2. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both) 
3. Multi-tasking skills
4. Knowledge of Google sheets/docs/ slides & MS Excel & Word
