We are currently hiring for an Admin Executive to support and drive key administrative operations that contribute to our fast-growing, high-energy gaming ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who loves operational excellence, facility management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What will you get to do here ?Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, security, and vendor coordination across all Baazi locations .Ensure seamless functioning of all administrative processes – travel arrangements, office supplies, event support, and general logistics .Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding of new employees (desk setup, access cards, welcome kits, etc.) .Oversee upkeep of infrastructure – cleanliness, hygiene, workstation readiness, maintenance, and pantry management .Monitor and manage budgets for office expenses and admin-related services .Implement health & safety protocols across premises .Plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and off-site meetups with cross-functional teams .Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal teams for efficient execution of operational needs .Ensure smooth operation of the Farmhouse Workstatio n and contribute to the pet-friendly workspace cultur e .
