Are you a dynamic and communicative individual? We're looking for a female FDO to join our homeopathy clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients over the phone
- Provide information about our homeopathic services
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of disease.
- Previous telecalling experience is a plus
