Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage daily front-office operations at our IT training and placement institute. The candidate will handle student inquiries, manage communication, maintain student and company profiles, assist in coordination of training activities, and support placement-related follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office & Communication
  • Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally.
  • Explain available courses, training modules, internship, and placement programs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Student Coordination
  • Collect student details, update and maintain accurate student profiles.
  • Coordinate demo sessions, batch scheduling, and trainer meetings.
  • Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain attendance and student performance records.
  • Placement Support
  • Assist placement coordinator in preparing student resumes and portfolios.
  • Communicate with companies for interviews and maintain placement tracker.
  • Support mock interviews and job readiness activities.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Manage course enrollment forms, certificates, and documentation.
  • Update CRM or Excel databases for leads and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management for daily institute operations.
  • Basic Technical & Coding Support (Preferred)
  • Understand basic programming concepts (Python, Java, HTML, etc.) to explain course content.
  • Help students with e-learning login and accessing course material.
  • Support minor queries related to the online learning portal.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of IT courses and technologies.
  • Organized, proactive, and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (IT/Computer Science preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in front office, counseling, or admin role (freshers welcome).

Salary

  • ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
  • Incentives for enrollment or performance may be offered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,012.66 - ₹24,373.63 per month
