Were looking for a smart, articulate, and presentable Front Desk Executive & Office Coordinator to be the face and operational backbone of our Noida office. The ideal candidate will ensure a world-class experience for guests, manage front-office operations, coordinate between departments, and support leadership with efficiency and confidentiality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and visitors.
  • Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate office activities, including telephone handling, email management, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office software.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in front desk executive or receptionist role.
  • Excellent English language skills for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
