The ideal candidate will ensure a world-class experience for guests, manage front-office operations, coordinate between departments, and support leadership with efficiency and confidentiality. Roles and Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and visitors. Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients. Coordinate office activities, including telephone handling, email management, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office software. Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless communication. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in front desk executive or receptionist role. Excellent English language skills for effective communication with guests and colleagues. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
