This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced tech environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through

  calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital channels

• Manage the

  complete sales cycle

  — lead generation, product demos, negotiation & closures
• Conduct engaging

  SaaS product demonstrations

  and explain value propositions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive conversions
• Work with CRM tools to track leads, activities, and pipeline status
• Meet monthly targets and deliver measurable sales outcomes
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and ensure a high conversion ratio
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand features, pricing, and product roadmap

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in

  Inside Sales

  , preferably in

  SaaS / Cloud / IT Sales

• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with

  cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

• Ability to conduct

  effective product demos

  and handle client objections
• Experience in using

  CRM tools

  (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce preferred)
• Strong negotiation and deal closure abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
