We're now onboarding talented freelance recruiters who can independently source, screen, and submit profiles based on client mandates.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and self-driven Freelance Recruiters with 2–6 years of experience in recruitment. You should have access to your own candidate database or sourcing network, and be able to independently source, screen, and submit profiles that match client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  Understand job descriptions and client expectations shared by Savishty

  Source suitable candidates using your own network, database, social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

  Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ fitment (skills, experience, communication)

  Coordinate with the internal team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups

  Maintain candidate pipeline and provide weekly updates on progress

  Ensure high-quality profile submissions with TAT (turnaround time) adherence

  Follow up post-interview and assist in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

  2 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT)

  Proven ability to self-source candidates without dependency on job portals (preferred)

  Should have access to your own database, LinkedIn network, or other sourcing channels

  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  Experience in working with startups or staffing agencies is a plus

Engagement Model:

  Freelance / Commission-based

  Payout: Commission per successful joining (as per mutual agreement)

  Payment Cycle: Upon client payment, usually within 60–90 days of candidate joining
