We are seeking highly motivated

Freelance Recruiters

to support our

domestic hiring mandates across IT and Non\-IT domains . This opportunity offers the flexibility of working independently while leveraging your expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment strategy. Freelance recruiters will play a critical role in representing Anrgi Tech to candidates and ensuring a high\-quality hiring experience.Key Responsibilities

Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle , including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and submission.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks .
Build, nurture, and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates across diverse industries.
Conduct in\-depth discussions with candidates to understand their career goals, role suitability, and cultural fit.
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on hiring requirements and delivery timelines.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in domestic recruitment (IT and\/or Non\-IT).
Strong sourcing expertise and a robust LinkedIn network .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship\-building capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
Must indicate hours of availability per day when applying.
