Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site Freelance Recruiter role located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles. Key day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs. The Freelance Recruiter will also ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of the industry and recruitment trends is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
