As a Freelance Recruiter at Infiniserve IT Solution Inc., your role will involve identifying and sourcing talented candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to meet their staffing needs. Your daily tasks will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting candidate assessments. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases and provide support to both employers and job seekers throughout the hiring process.
