Role Description

This Freelance Recruiter position is a contract-based and on-site role located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating interviews, building a network of potential candidates, and providing support in creating hiring strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and candidates
• Experience in building and maintaining networks of potential candidates
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices is a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare or wellness industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
