-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
-3–5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, business analytics, or related roles
-Strong proficiency with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
-SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write, debug, and optimise complex SQL queries
-Basic understanding of web/app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
-Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, business)
-Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business communication
-Individuals who are self-driven, disciplined, agile and have attention to detail will be most suited to this role.
-Experience with admin panel development or interaction
-Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
