Frappe Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Frappe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the organization’s requirements and translating them into effective ERPNext applications and solutions.The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining applications to streamline internal business processes, with full ownership of development, integrations, improvements and system performance. The developer will ensure reliability through monitoring, failover mechanisms, and documentation, while continuously improving and aligning ERPNext with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse organizational requirements to design effective ERPNext/Frappe solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications, modules, and workflows within ERPNext.
• Take full ownership of Frappe development and maintenance, ensuring stable and scalable systems.
• Perform continuous monitoring of applications, with regular backups to maintain data integrity and availability.
• Design and implement failover mechanisms to ensure high system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
• Provide support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements to align ERPNext with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe development and customization..
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in Frappe framework, including custom app development, workflows, webhooks, and APIs.
• Experience with ERPNext implementation and customization across business processes.
• Strong ability to design and build customized dashboards and reports in Frappe.
• Familiarity with system monitoring, backups, and failover mechanisms.
• Foundation in web development (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
