Job Description

Position Title: Franchise Sales Manager Department: Sales Location: Indore Reports To: Mastermind Tutorials (Pvt) Limited Job Summary: As Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. You will represent the company's products/services to potential clients and work towards achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: ● Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. 2. Sales Presentations: ● Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to potential clients. ● Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of clients. 3. Relationship Building: ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. ● Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. 4. Sales Negotiation: ● Negotiate and close sales deals with clients. ● Work to achieve and exceed sales targets. 5. Reporting: ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals. ● Provide regular reports on sales performance to management. 6. Customer Service: ● Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after the sale. ● Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. 7. Collaboration: ● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and product/service delivery. Qualifications: ● Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong negotiation and closing skills. ● Knowledge of the industry and the ability to stay informed about market trends. ● Self-motivated and able to work independently. ● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: ● Familiarity with CRM software. ● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. ● Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a sales role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
