Job Description for Post Franchise Manager: Position Title: Post Franchise Manager Department: Post Franchise Operations Location: Kolkata Reports To: Mastermind Tutorials (Pvt) Limited Salary:- 25- 30K/month Job Summary: As a Post Franchise Manager , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring their success from conception to completion. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will collaborate with various Franchise, and team members to deliver exceptional events that align with the company's objectives and enhance its reputation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Planning: · Develop and execute Event & Activity plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics. · Coordinate all aspects of Activity & events, from concept to post-event evaluation. 2. Vendor Management: · Identify and negotiate with vendors, venues, audio-visual teams, and other event-related service providers. · Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services within budget. 3. Budget Management: · Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial norms. · Provide regular budget updates to Franchise. 4. Student Marketing: · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events. · Utilize various channels & Print, Social Media to promote events and maximize attendance. 5. On-site Event Management: · Oversee the execution of events on-site, managing Franchises, vendors, and ensuring the smooth flow of activities. · Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events. 6. Post-Event Evaluation: · Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of events in terms of Students admission at the Franchise center · Gather feedback from participants and Franchises to improve future events. 7. Team Collaboration: · Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align events with overall business goals. Qualifications: · Proven experience in event management, with a track record of successfully executing a variety of events. · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with event management process · Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. · Ability to anticipate and plan for potential challenges. · Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
