Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include managing franchise sales, developing and executing business plans, lead generation, and ensuring successful franchisee onboarding. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with potential and existing franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure their success, and contributing to the overall growth of the Chai Waale brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
• Experience in the QSR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
