Identifying and Recruiting Potential Franchisees: Conducting market research to identify potential franchise locations and target markets. Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract qualified candidates. Engaging in outreach activities, such as attending industry events and networking. Presenting franchise opportunities to prospective partners and explaining the business model. Negotiating franchise agreements and closing deals. 2. Supporting Existing Franchisees: Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees on operational matters. Ensuring franchisees have the necessary resources and tools for success. Fostering positive relationships with existing franchisees and addressing their concerns. Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics. 3. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand representation and support. Tracking and reporting sales metrics and pipeline status to senior management. Participating in training sessions for new franchisees. 4. Other Responsibilities: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Participating in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the franchise opportunity. Managing and updating the lead management system. Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans.
