Supporting Existing Franchisees: Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees on operational matters. Ensuring franchisees have the necessary resources and tools for success. Fostering positive relationships with existing franchisees and addressing their concerns. Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics. 3. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand representation and support. Tracking and reporting sales metrics and pipeline status to senior management. Participating in training sessions for new franchisees. 4. Other Responsibilities: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Participating in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the franchise opportunity.
