Franchise Sales Manager

The role involves managing and expanding the franchise sales network by identifying potential partners, onboarding them, and ensuring profitable operations through effective sales support, performance monitoring, and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will be responsible for driving franchise sales growth, achieving revenue targets, activating new outlets, and ensuring retail penetration and outlet coverage while ensuring compliance with sales and operational SOPs. You will play a crucial role in driving primary and secondary sales through the franchise channel, addressing operational challenges faced by franchisees, and conducting audits and compliance checks to uphold brand quality and service standards. Your responsibilities will also include providing cross-functional support and coordination to ensure seamless operations. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models and retail dynamics - Experience in managing franchisees, distributors, or channel partners - Problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership - Data-driven approach with excellent reporting and analytical skills Qualifications & Experience: - Post Graduate degree in Sales or Marketing from a reputable institution - 10-12 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in franchise/channel management - Previous experience in handling multiple territories or zones Your expertise in franchise development, sales growth, revenue management, and cross-functional coordination will be instrumental in driving the success of the franchise sales network and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.,
