Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Franchise Sales Head to lead our franchise acquisition initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint by identifying, nurturing, and converting potential franchise leads. The candidate will serve as the face of the company to prospective franchise partners, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring alignment with Spark Chef’s business goals and values. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Acquisition & Sales: Identify and target potential franchise partners across regions. Generate leads through digital, offline, and referral networks. Present business models, financials, and franchise benefits to interested parties. Close franchise deals and ensure all agreements and documentation are completed accurately and timely. Customer Engagement & Conversion: Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to address queries and concerns. Organize discovery days, webinars, or franchise expos to attract leads. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze local markets for potential expansion and prepare regional franchise expansion plans. Provide insights and feedback to marketing and operations teams for localized strategies. Brand Representation: Represent Spark Chef Pvt. Ltd. at business forums, exhibitions, and events. Uphold brand values and ensure a consistent and professional company image. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain CRM/database of franchise leads and status updates. Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on franchise sales performance and pipeline. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in franchise development, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and excellent relationship management skills. Ability to travel as required.
