Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:Coffee Bar is seeking a creative, energetic, and result-driven Graphics & Digital Marketing Executive to handle our brand’s digital presence and promotional designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual content and managing digital marketing campaigns to boost our brand visibility and franchise growth. Key Responsibilities:🎨 Graphic Design:Create visually appealing graphics for social media, website, offline ads, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials. Develop product packaging designs, menu designs, and in-store branding materials. Ensure designs are consistent with the Coffee Bar’s brand guidelines and aesthetics. 📱 Digital Marketing:Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Manage social media pages, create daily posts, reels, stories, and engage with followers. Run paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI. Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Work with franchise sales team to create franchise promotion campaigns. ✍️ Content Creation:Write engaging captions, taglines, and short promotional content. Assist in creating blogs or website content related to Coffee Bar products or business. Skills Required:Proficiency in Graphic Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (any combination). Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp Business. Creative mindset with good sense of aesthetics, colors, and design trends. Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and organizational skills.
