Franchise Sales Executive

You will be joining Pikpart Smart Garage as a Franchise Sales Executive based in Faridabad. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibility will be to sell franchise partnerships and onboard new business associates. Your daily tasks will involve developing new partnerships to expand the network of Smart Garages and mechanics within the O2O system. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills. Previous experience in Franchise Sales or B2B Sales is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with potential partners. A customer-focused mindset, along with problem-solving abilities, will be crucial in this position. Having knowledge of automotive industry trends and the market will give you an edge in understanding the needs of potential partners. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this position at Pikpart Smart Garage.
