Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Manager located in Faridabad. The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive spare parts, ensuring the availability of service parts, and maintaining inventory control. The role also includes overseeing customer service related to spare parts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Spare Parts Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

• Expertise in Service Parts management
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
