Role Description – Franchise Manager (Full-Time | On-Site | Gurugram) We are hiring a Franchise Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram . This role offers a competitive annual CTC of up to ₹6,00,000 , based on qualifications and performance. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the franchise network , driving strategic growth, ensuring smooth onboarding and operations of franchise partners, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all locations. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners Oversee and manage franchise agreements and lease negotiations Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic expansion Provide training, operational guidance, and ongoing support to franchisees Ensure uniform implementation of brand guidelines and operational standards Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and internal teams Assist in setting performance targets and evaluating franchisee performance This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the national expansion of a fast-growing brand in the real estate and retail leasing sector.
