Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Gurugram. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing franchise agreements, coordinating with retail brands, overseeing property leasing, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the real estate market. Qualifications Experience in real estate management and franchise agreementsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with retail brandsKnowledge of property leasing and commercial real estate market trendsProject management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the retail industry is a plus
