Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Initiatives

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Assist the CEO in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Consumer Experience & Analytics

  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational data to drive service improvements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

IT & Digital Transformation

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital tools for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across departments.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

New Product and Store Launches

  • Plan and execute new product introductions.
  • Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams for timely launches.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Franchise Onboarding & Support

  • Facilitate onboarding for new franchise partners.
  • Develop training materials and operational manuals to maintain brand consistency.
  • Provide ongoing operational support to franchisees.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, operations, or a similar role (startup or fast-paced environment preferred).

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools (preferred).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
