Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to engage with prospective franchise partners, present the Redcliffe franchise model with impact, and drive structured follow-ups until closure. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling lead conversations, maintaining accurate prospect records, and coordinating with the Sales team for seamless progression. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, proven telesales experience, and an organised, disciplined approach to lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with franchisee leads through calls. (~ 30-50 calls a day)

• Capture and maintain complete details of prospects.

• Pitch the Redcliffe franchise business model effectively.

• Coordinate with the Sales team for lead progression.

• Drive rigorous and structured follow-ups with prospects until closure.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field.

• Prior experience in Telesales/Telecalling.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle lead conversations independently.

• Organized and consistent in maintaining lead records and follow-ups. • Good hold in MS Office, especially PPT and Excel.
