Franchise Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a well-spoken, confident, and dynamic professional with strong communication and presentation skills to promote and present our Franchisee Proposal to potential partners and companies. The role involves building strong business relationships, pitching MNj’s franchise model, and driving successful franchise tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Present MNj’s Franchise Proposal effectively to potential companies and individuals.
• Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally in meetings and presentations.
• Identify, approach, and follow up with potential franchise partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Assist in negotiations and closure of franchise agreements.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to interact with business leaders.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in business development / franchise development / corporate sales preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
