Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our lab franchise opportunities to prospective clients and effectively convert qualified leads into successful franchise partners. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with prior experience in the medical, diagnostic, or healthcare sector being a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and engage potential franchise partners through various channels (calls, digital marketing leads, field visits, exhibitions, etc.). Effectively present and explain the lab franchise business model, ROI, and benefits to potential investors and partners. Manage the entire franchise sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to negotiation and closing. Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. Follow up diligently on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required. Stay updated on market trends, competitor franchise offerings, and healthcare industry developments. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and franchise acquisition strategies. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the medical, diagnostic, or healthcare industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of franchise sales conversions per month/quarter. Lead-to-conversion ratio. Revenue generated through franchise sales. Client satisfaction and retention. Compensation: Potential Salary 60k to 70k (Variable according to Performance)
